Product Description
The traction transformer is applied in high-speed railway traction substations and is the core equipment for energy transmission and conversion in the traction power supply system. This product reduces no-load loss by 40% and load loss by 27% compared to products of the same type and model. It is the first energy-saving product in China, the first technical equipment in Shandong Province, and an excellent energy-saving achievement in Weifang City; And it has passed the national new product appraisal: the overall technical indicators of the product have reached the forefront level and can be promoted for use. This product has now been put into operation on high-speed railway lines such as Xinjiqing, Lunan, Weilai, Jilai, and Dalailong for power transmission.
Product features
The product has the characteristics of low loss, small partial discharge, low temperature rise, strong overload and short-circuit resistance.
1. Reduced the empty load loss of the product, improved capacity utilization, and achieved significant energy-saving effects.
2. Reduced short-circuit impedance and greatly increased terminal voltage of the line.
3. Improved short-circuit resistance and overload capacity, ensuring the operation of the transformer.

1. The rated capacity, voltage combination, connection group number, no-load loss, load loss, no-load current, and short-circuit impedance of the 220kV single-phase traction transformer under direct power supply shall comply with the provisions in Table 1.
